Customer Experience Innovation Strategist

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Customer Experience Innovation Strategist to join our team at Blue Pelican. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposition development, customer journey mapping, and data-driven decision making.

As a Customer Experience Innovation Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences through the introduction of new innovations. This may involve:

  • Developing and implementing technology-led solutions
  • Overseeing complete overhauls of current journeys and experiences
  • Creating new propositions that drive repeat purchase intent, loyalty, and commercial results

You will own your own roadmap of projects, typically 2-3 at a time, and work closely with regional teams to get projects scaled up and rolled out globally.

The salary range for this role is £50,000 to £55,000 (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
