Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Healthera. As a key member of our customer experience leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our product, technology, and growth teams to create seamless experiences for our B2B and B2C customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading customer service teams and driving customer satisfaction through data analysis and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Full proficiency in customer service software such as Jira, Zendesk, and CRM systems like Hubspot.
