Customer Experience Strategist

At The School of Life, we are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign-focused roles combining paid marketing, SEO, and email marketing. You should have a proven track record of success in a performance marketing role and be able to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to devise and implement marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for emotional and mental wellbeing, and a creative approach to problem-solving. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
- A hybrid working model with 2 days in our office on Chancery Lane and use of other office spaces in the group.
- Use of office gym, classes, and sauna.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Up to 5 days per year unpaid holiday.
- 1 extra holiday day per year of service (after 2 years service, capped at 3 additional days).
