Customer Experience Strategist

Tesco Partners is a leading retailer with a presence in Europe. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer experience across all our markets globally.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payment solutions and customer experience management. You will work closely with our cross-functional Agile team to design and implement efficient payment experiences for our customers. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and achieve our goal of becoming every customer's favourite way to shop.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including annual bonuses, holiday entitlements, and private medical insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across all our markets.
- Work closely with our cross-functional Agile team to design and implement efficient payment experiences.
- Analyse customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
