Customer Experience Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at QVC. As a key member of our Consumer Insights team, you will play a vital role in delivering clear and actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing internal and external trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conducting primary and secondary research to gather insights about QVC UK's customers and strategic opportunities
  • Integrating business insights through various methods of delivery, including presentations and regular reporting
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and consumer trends
  • Building out QVC customer personas, including creative evaluation and research on QVC brand and customers
Requirements
  • Understanding of databases and data mining
  • Experience as a research analyst within a research agency or in-house role
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python
  • Ability to communicate complex findings through various methods of reporting
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
