Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Match Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer-centricity across all touchpoints.

Your primary focus will be on developing a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations through research and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop research briefs, lead research projects, and interpret findings to inform decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing customer experience insights and creating a single customer view
  • Supporting Product teams in applying insights to improve CX in active projects
  • Developing the customer experience framework to inform business decision-making

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of research methodologies (quant and/or qual)
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
