About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our Consumer Revenue Group. As a key member of the Customer Relationships Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that deepen and broaden the engagement of our in-life subscribers.

Your primary objective will be to increase lifetime value by creating personalized experiences that nurture customer loyalty and advocacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including editorial, product, and insights/data science, to drive beneficial outcomes for our customers and for CRG goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing segment-based marketing initiatives that bring our content and news agenda to subscribers, increasing engagement and awareness of our tools, features, events, and journalists.
  2. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and improve customer experiences.
  3. Sharing plans and results across the business with relevant teams and collaborators.
  4. Developing briefs for the marketing automation team to build and optimize customer journeys.
