About the Role:
- Design and implement effective membership and loyalty strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute compelling campaigns for global clients
- Use data and insights to design strategies that put customers first

Requirements:
- Experience in customer journey planning gained within a marketing or CRM agency
- A big-picture thinker who is equally excited about the details
- Confident and curious, eager to present strategies to clients and inspire internal teams
- Experience with martech platforms like Salesforce or Adobe would be beneficial
