As we navigate this period of extraordinary growth, we seek an accomplished Customer Loyalty Strategist (Maternity Cover) for a 10-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and executing our retention strategy to drive growth from existing customers. Your expertise in retention & CRM strategy, execution, segmentation, and database growth will be instrumental in achieving our brand goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the retention function within Performance Marketing, including managing budgets & targets provided by Finance and the TALA Management team.
  • Developing and implementing all CRM channel activity: ideation, briefs, approvals, execution, segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Analysing and interpreting results from CRM initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bringing brand goals & objectives to life across CRM channels.
  • Ensuring seamless customer experiences through close collaboration with brand, website, creative, and merchandising teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in retention/CRM roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful CRM campaigns.
  • Data literacy with strong Excel/Google Suite skills and ability to understand and use data visualisation tools.
  • Expertise in planning & building both campaigns & automated CRM journeys.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices, data interpretation, and reporting.
