CVUK is seeking an experienced professional to lead our CRM efforts, focusing on loyalty and retention. As the successful candidate, you will develop and implement targeted campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with our ESP and campaign platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and executing effective CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Managing and optimising our CRM systems to improve data segmentation and analysis capabilities.
  3. Delivering results-driven communication and user journeys to enhance customer experiences.
  4. Collaborating with ecommerce and marketing teams to drive seasonal sales growth and achieve target KPIs.

We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
