Loyalty Programmes Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ACCESS UK LTD in London. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with Strategists to develop marketing plans for our clients, implement those plans, and measure their effectiveness. They will need to be creative, persuasive, and detail-oriented to execute these plans.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave and a matched pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to work with a hybrid working environment where you can balance work and life while maintaining a strong office team-based culture.
About the Role:
- Onboard new clients and help them successfully launch their loyalty programs.
- Work with Strategists to develop account plans, particularly the marketing campaigns they will run, the goals we will aim for, etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas to a non-technical audience. They should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable with data analysis.
