Customer Retention and Growth Specialist

Userled is seeking an experienced Customer Retention and Growth Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating customized success plans, conducting regular health checks, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Customer Success team.

Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
