We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at SoftConstruct. As a key member of our UK operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies and campaigns to drive growth in the UK market.
About the Role- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our company's values and vision.
- Drive collaboration between teams to ensure seamless execution of plans and monitoring of productivity.
- Develop and deliver local, personalized, and targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement impactful initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM and promotions in the UK market.
- Proven track record of delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Atlassian tools.
