Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at SoftConstruct. As a key member of our UK operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies and campaigns to drive growth in the UK market.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver local, personalized, and targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels.
  2. Identify, prioritize, and implement impactful initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM and promotions in the UK market.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Atlassian tools.
