About the Role:

We seek a skilled CRM Executive to support various initiatives and drive customer retention through digital marketing. This mid-level role involves assisting in campaign planning, execution, and optimization using Klaviyo, ensuring timely delivery of personalized content.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications:

  • Assist in managing email and SMS campaigns, developing engaging messaging and visuals to drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all communications comply with GDPR and data protection regulations.

Customer Engagement & Data Collection:

  • Create innovative ways to engage customers and gather valuable data through digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure accurate collection, storage, and use of customer data, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Data Analysis & Strategic Input:

  • Brief data analysts to ensure clear understanding of business objectives and CRM goals.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to extract key insights from customer data informing strategic business decisions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer retention, ideally in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo.

Salary Estimate:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
