As a Customer Success and Retention Specialist at Hyperexponential Ltd, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and retention. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure every customer receives exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Retention: Focus on ensuring the customer relationship is healthy, stress-test potential renewal risks, and agree strategies to minimise them.
  • Business Value Realisation: Understand and articulate the customer's executive priorities, business objectives, and related initiatives where our platform can have an impact.
  • Effective Adoption: Proactively work with customers to maximise adoption, empower them as internal ambassadors, and drive growth across the organisation.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
