Senior CRM & Retention Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Acquire's team as a Senior CRM & Retention Specialist. You'll play a key role in developing and executing customer journey strategies, leveraging your expertise in Braze automation to create engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on retention and growth
  • Build and optimize complex Braze automation workflows to personalize customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform product strategy and enhance customer engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize customer experiences

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Proven track record of CRM success, with 5+ years of hands-on experience and a focus on retention
  • Exceptional skills in Braze automation, with the ability to design and deploy complex workflows
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and inform customer experience decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60k-£80k+, equity options, hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office), and early finish Fridays.
