About the Role

As a CRM Manager at Allies of Skin, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer-centric strategy to drive retention, growth, and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention marketing, CRM tactics, and experience building long-term relationships with customers, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to maximize customer reach and engagement
  • Take ownership of monthly campaigns that drive CRM channel sales and ensure communications meet brand standards
  • Partner with the Head of Customer Experience to plan and execute the CRM calendar and campaigns
  • Support the growth and evolution of the loyalty program
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analyses to measure performance and surface opportunities
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM professional who has a strong track record of driving customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer activation, retention marketing, and lifecycle management, as well as experience managing CRM programs and platforms for U.S. and international markets.
