CRM Operations Manager

We are looking for a CRM Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our CMS system. This includes helping to define KPIs for data quality, performing regular data cleansing exercises, and providing feedback to the CMS Operations Manager on CMS data quality.
The successful candidate will have strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be able to resolve non-routine issues by escalating to the managers in the CMS team.
Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of data management and CRM systems, as well as excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
