Job Title: CRM Operations Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced CRM Operations Manager to join our team at Feenicks Ltd TA Archway International. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our CRM operations, ensuring seamless execution of CRM initiatives and driving business growth.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the HR Tech space. As a CRM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize CRM performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM operations and management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum (base salary) + bonus. You will also enjoy a 4-day onsite, 1-day remote working arrangement and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the HR Tech space.
