Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional communications to deliver smooth delivery to customers
  • Collaborate with support and operations teams during incidents
  • Take ownership of Braze administration and ensure effective usage
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from across the business
  • Cross-department collaboration to ensure CRM system supports all business needs

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM operations or similar role
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations
  • Calm under pressure and ability to manage multiple urgent tasks
