We are revolutionising the way people bank, and we need a Senior CRM Manager to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists to create and deliver outstanding customer interactions through multiple touchpoints.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer experience and product discoverability.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and design teams to design and implement personalised communications and initiatives.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer relationship marketing, particularly in lifecycle marketing and customer engagement. Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus, as is knowledge of HTML, Braze, and Looker.
