**Senior CRM Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our team at 3Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing the strategy for CRM within our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, leveraging data insights to improve customer experience and contribute to the growth of our key products.
  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, with hands-on knowledge of ESPs or CDPs.
  • Proficiency in HTML and understanding of CRM campaign data requirements.
  • Ability to create engaging customer messaging and develop effective CRM strategies.
