Job Overview

We are seeking a CRM Operations Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle, an award-winning marketing agency. As a key member of our digital services team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining CRM systems, developing and executing email and CRM campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, preferably within an agency environment. You should have a strong understanding of CRM best practices, fundamentals, and adherence to GDPR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, including data import, export, and segmentation
  • Develop and execute email and CRM campaigns throughout the client lifecycle
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, fundamentals, and adherence to GDPR regulations
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Mailchimp
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
