Director of CRM Operations

We are looking for a Director of CRM Operations to join our team at FE fundinfo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM system and driving client success.

The estimated salary for this position is £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Team:- You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to ensure seamless coverage and the client experience.
- You must have experience of working with CRM systems and client success platforms such as Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
