Key Responsibilities:
The Retention and Customer Loyalty Lead at Growth & Company will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer retention and increase revenue growth. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Analysing customer behaviour and segments to identify opportunities for growth
  • Building and executing personalised customer journeys across email and digital channels
  • Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to design and implement data-driven initiatives
  • Reporting on retention KPIs to inform business decisions

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer goods business, as well as an affinity for E-commerce and process improvements. Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Google Analytics is a plus. A competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per year, comprehensive benefits package, and hybrid working environment are offered.
