Retention Strategy Lead

We're on a mission to revolutionize customer experience in the renewable energy sector. As a Retention Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for driving retention strategy for our rapidly scaling client and shaping how customers interact with our innovative brand.
This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of retention marketing principles and experience working with email/CRM systems. You'll be responsible for owning the email and CRM strategy, optimizing customer communications, and identifying cross-sell opportunities across our expanding product range.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in retention marketing from a subscription/membership business like ours, with a strong background in email/CRM expertise. If you have experience managing regulatory communications, that's a bonus
