Customer Retention Strategy Manager

At DTC Jobs, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our customer retention efforts. As a Customer Retention Strategy Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive customer loyalty and retention.
About the RoleWe estimate this role will pay approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll work part-time, 20 hours per week in the CET timezone, from the comfort of your own home.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a customer retention strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Overseeing retention marketing efforts, including email marketing and loyalty program management.
Analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement.
You'll have proven experience in retention marketing and customer loyalty program management, preferably in the DTC or subscription industry. You'll be proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you're passionate about driving customer loyalty and retention, we'd love to hear from you
