Customer Retention Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join Darktrace Ltd as a Customer Success Director, leading our UK&I Customer Success team. As a key member of our EMEA leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention, while collaborating with regional Sales and Renewals teams to ensure customers see the full value of our software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership in enterprise software sales, pre-sales or customer success, with a focus on account management and retention. You will possess deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, and be able to drive operational excellence through strategic prioritisation, people management, and confident leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the management of high-performing teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer adoption and value realisation.
- Collaborate with regional Sales and Renewals teams to ensure customers see the full value of our software, leading to successful renewals and expansion opportunities.
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: London office, with hybrid working arrangements and occasional travel required
