Job Title: Executive Director of Client Retention

Salary: £150,000 - £220,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive customer success strategy, focusing on client retention and growth. This involves building and growing a high-performing customer success team, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Scaling up the Customer Success team to drive significant customer value.
  • Establishing a robust culture of mutual accountability between the Customer Success team and clients.
  • Overseeing a team of 7 dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driving product adoption, user retention, and customer satisfaction through targeted initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing processes to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue streams aligned with customer needs.

A strong background in customer success, account management, or related fields, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, is essential for this role.
