About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Loyalty and Retention Director to drive customer loyalty across our direct-to-customer products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign-focused marketing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in roles combining paid marketing, SEO, and email marketing.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty.
  • Analyse and report data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations to improve ROAS and achieve KPIs.
  • Lead customers through defined journeys throughout our offering, reacting to behaviours and milestones to promote retention and loyalty.
