We're seeking an experienced Digital Loyalty Director to lead our loyalty proposition development and CRM strategy. This role will drive strategic growth through our loyalty proposition, responsible for all Loyalty KPI financial and non-financial metrics and delivering annual plan targets.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in loyalty proposition development and CRM roles, with a strong understanding of loyalty P&L management and key financial drivers. They'll also possess expertise in CRM campaigns to drive acquisition and retention, as well as strong planning, organising, and co-ordination skills.
