Head of User Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Head of User Acquisition & Retention to lead our growth marketing efforts across pan-EMEA markets. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the marketing funnel, including performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, affiliates, and referral programs. Your goal will be to drive user acquisition and retention through data-driven decision making and innovative marketing strategies.
As a seasoned marketer, you will have a proven track record of success in growth marketing roles within fintech or technology start-ups. Your expertise in performance marketing channels, CRM strategies, partnerships, affiliates, and referral programs will enable you to develop and execute effective growth marketing strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership will be crucial in achieving business objectives.
