At Worldpay, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative marketing strategies. As our next Head of UK Growth Marketing, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through demand generation, growth marketing, and digital acquisition.

With over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of high-scale growth-focused marketing strategies, including cross-functional collaboration with internal and external resources. Your expertise will be essential in establishing targets for user acquisition, activation, and retention, while driving revenue growth through both sales channels and self-service platforms.

As a seasoned leader, you'll leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value. You'll align with finance resources to ensure performance metrics are clearly aligned with ROI and LTV:CAC ratios.

Your strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, will enable you to effectively collaborate with sales teams to ensure capacity and routing efficiency for inbound marketing efforts. You'll also direct content and creative requirements to meet conversion targets, designing optimal competitive promotions, messages, and offers to attract leads and convert them.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave policy, global recognition platform, and Virgin Pulse access.
