Head of Growth and Acquisition

We're excited to announce a new role at Griffin Fire: Head of Growth and Acquisition. As our new Head of Performance Marketing, you'll play a critical role in driving forward our parent customer acquisition strategy.
You'll be responsible for leading our performance marketing efforts, working closely with our Director of Digital Marketing to set customer acquisition budgets, targets, and channel roadmaps. You'll also oversee the optimization of our predictive analytics and marketing attribution, ensuring that we're tracking our performance effectively across channels and funnels.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working, flexible holidays, and a generous pension scheme. If you're passionate about driving performance and have a strong analytical mind, we'd love to hear from you
