We are seeking an experienced leader to drive client acquisition and growth across our organization. As Head of Client Acquisition and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition and growth strategies to drive revenue and growth across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and pitches that meet client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments, applying this expertise to inform client acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective use of resources and maximize returns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing priorities.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
