AJ Bell Management Limited is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the acquisition and engagement of customers across its retail platform. With a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes, this strategic role will drive the deployment of the company's acquisition strategy and analyze customer behavior trends.

This position requires an expert understanding of brand, marketing, and customer behaviors in a digital environment. As the Head of Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for creating and deploying customer acquisition budgets, managing customer communications strategies, and leading the retail customer team.

  • Responsibility for creation and deployment of customer acquisition budgets
  • Overall responsibility for retail customer communications strategy, with a focus on clear and accurate information delivery
  • Leadership of retail customer team
  • Deployment of marketing spend to achieve agreed customer acquisition and cross-sell targets
  • Analysis of customer behavior trends, including presentations to executive management and Board
  • Ownership of media buying agency relationship
  • Interaction with Strategic Partnerships on customer pricing and retention strategies

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including:

About You:

  • You'll have the ability to acquire customers effectively in a heavily regulated environment
  • Excellent knowledge of customer marketing techniques in a digital marketing setting
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results against agreed budget envelopes
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with external parties
  • Effective management of internal relationships across both D2C and Advised platforms
  • Ability to anticipate trends in customer needs
  • Excellent statistical knowledge and ability to communicate complex data effectively
  • Strategic planning skills
