Head of Customer Engagement and Acquisition

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Customer Engagement and Acquisition to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to engage and acquire customers, as well as analysing their behaviour to inform future decisions.
About the JobYou will work closely with the Brand team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives. This includes creating and managing customer acquisition budgets, leading the retail customer team, and reporting on customer behaviour trends.
Responsibilities:- Creation and deployment of customer acquisition budgets
- Leadership of retail customer team
- Analysis of customer behaviour trends, including presentations to executive management and Board
About You:
- Ability to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results against agreed budget envelopes
- Excellent knowledge of customer marketing techniques in a digital marketing setting
Benefits:
- Starting salary of £90,000 - £110,000 (DOE)
- Generous holiday allowance increasing up to 31 days with service, plus bank holidays
