Affinity Petcare is seeking a highly skilled Head of Customer Acquisition Strategy to join our vibrant co-working space in central London. As a key member of our D2C team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our subscription business.

Our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team is leading the charge, developing a subscription business that's shaking up the pet food industry.
The Job DescriptionYou'll collaborate with experts and our international community, making an immediate impact from day one. As part of our dynamic team, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy across all channels. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through Performance Marketing, optimizing LifeTime Value (LTV) and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.
- Lead a hybrid working environment, balancing office and remote work.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy an estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus linked to our growth plans. You'll also benefit from tailored development plans, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
