Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our Performance Marketing team in London. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives profitable customer acquisition and retention across all our brands.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of performance marketers to manage and optimize paid search, SEO, paid social, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
About You

To succeed as our Digital Marketing Director, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth retail business.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of performance marketers.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
