Head of Acquisition Campaigns

Cranberry Panda is a fast-paced and dynamic company looking for a seasoned professional to lead our digital growth strategy. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive customer acquisition and sales growth plans, focusing on PPC, paid social, and CRM strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital performance marketing, with expertise in managing multi-million-dollar direct response marketing budgets and optimizing large-scale acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PPC and paid social ads campaigns
- Create robust CRM cycles for new leads and repeat purchasing

- Deliver digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage cross-channel budgets
