Revolutionize Pet Nutrition as a Growth Strategy Manager

In this pivotal role, you will lead customer acquisition across digital and offline marketing channels for Nature's Menu, a pioneering raw and natural pet food company. With a focus on high-growth D2C subscription business, your vision will drive the transformation of the pet food industry.

Nature's Menu is on an exhilarating journey to deliver high-quality, nutritious meal plans for pets worldwide. As part of our small, dynamic team, you'll collaborate with D2C experts and our international community to shape the future of our fast-growing business.

The Role:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Build our Growth Marketing playbook, leading a holistic customer acquisition strategy across paid search, social media, offline campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Performance Marketing: Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition across all channels, working closely together with external agency partners to optimise LifeTime Value (LTV) and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Offline Marketing: Partner with the Senior Offline Marketing Manager to complement digital campaigns with direct mail, OOH, events, and partnerships.
  • Optimise Marketing Spend: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Customer Happiness, to create a seamless customer experience.

About You:

  • You have significant experience in leading marketing or customer acquisition in a high-growth, tech-driven D2C business.
  • You've successfully scaled customer acquisition 10x from ground zero, scaled a business to drive marketing budget from £150K per month to £500K per month, and launched and scaled new channels sustainably to 3x CAC:LTV ratios.
  • You're an analytical thinker with expertise in using marketing analytics to drive performance.
  • You thrive on building brands and have a passion for customer-centric growth.
  • You're a strategic leader who enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure success.
  • You're hands-on and entrepreneurial, ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen in a small, fast-paced team.

Our Culture:

Nature's Menu encourages curiosity, collaboration, and fearless experimentation. We believe in a "test and learn" approach to continuously drive growth and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid environment where your ideas are valued, and leadership engages in transparent, two-way dialogue.

Estimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
