Customer Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union.
This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and following up with unsold customers to generate repeat business.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop strong communication skills, build relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
You will also be responsible for managing customer service representatives in a call center environment, developing and maintaining new hire and interview processes, and cultivating engaged and consistent staff.
In addition, you will contribute to high customer satisfaction scores and continual improvement, and hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards.
