Membership Development Manager

LAW SOCIETY is seeking a highly skilled Membership Development Manager to join our team. As Head of Membership Development, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our membership engagement, growth, recruitment, and onboarding strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of membership development principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing cross-organisational strategic membership projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive membership communications and engagement strategy.
  2. Lead on the development and implementation of new and enhanced membership packages.
  3. Work collaboratively across different functions at the organisation to manage an audience-first approach.

Requirements:

  • A proven background in membership/customer recruitment and retention.
  • Strong communication, content, marketing, operations, product development, campaigning, events planning, and member/client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum.
