Membership Growth Specialist

The British Chambers Of Commerce (BCC) is looking for a skilled Membership Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Membership Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the growth strategy of new products and services, aligned with the strategic goals of enhancing member relationships and increasing income for the network and BCC.
You will work closely with the Head of Member Partnerships, the Head of Membership Development, and the Director of Membership to manage and grow the portfolio of membership products, develop new product opportunities, and facilitate best practice sharing across the Chamber network.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Requirements:- Strong account management skills to support Chamber colleagues and partner organisations.
- Commercial acumen and experience of managing commercial partnerships.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
