We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our mission and champion the association's presence in the EMEA region.

The Role of Membership Director – EMEA

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the EMEA region, identifying growth opportunities and member engagement priorities.

Business Development: Oversee a portfolio of approximately $3 million in revenue with an annual growth target of 9%. Expand and nurture an account base of around 100 corporate members, cultivating new relationships and renewing existing memberships.

Team Collaboration: Lead a remote international team of 3 that includes a Business Operations Manager, Strategic Alliances Director, and Sub-Regional Leads, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.

Member Support: Provide tailored support to members, ensuring they receive the latest learning and development solutions, research, insights, and other member benefits.

Partnerships and Innovation: Develop regional relationships with vendors, innovators, and partners, while contributing to global initiatives as a member of the Commercial Leadership Team.

What We Offer
