Job Details:

  • Employment Status: Full Time
  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Commission: Yes (quarterly) - OTE uncapped (£3-£6,000 based on performance)
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Reporting Manager: Studio Manager - Joe Williams

Job Description:

The Membership Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving new membership sales and retaining existing memberships at our F45 Oxford Circus and FS8 Oxford Circus studios. This role involves developing and implementing referral schemes, corporate initiatives, and organizing member social events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact all new leads on the sales dashboard 'Loyalsnap' to sign up for a trial, membership, or package bundle
  • Call new trial leads to book them into their first class
  • Welcome first-time visitors to the studio, explain procedures, and encourage feedback
  • Follow up with first-time visitors after their first class to gauge interest and plan next steps
  • Capture sales notes from coaches in the sales dashboard 'Loyalsnap'
  • Address member queries and concerns through various communication channels
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the studio
  • Support the Studio Manager in coordinating community events throughout the year
  • Manage direct messaging tasks via Instagram

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • L2 Fitness Instructor qualification (preferable)
  • Previous sales experience
  • Passion for sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Track record of exceeding KPIs
