About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Membership Growth Manager to join our team in a global role. This position involves leading membership expansion projects, forging strategic partnerships, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in leading top-tier membership/loyalty expansion projects and operational support. They will possess expertise in developing service level and partnership agreements to strengthen membership offerings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead operational projects to support achieving membership targets, commercial results, and return on investment.
  2. Develop and lead the business requirements for membership expansion and partnership operations into the overall Membership & Personalisation capability framework.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data effectively and achieve membership and personalisation goals.
  4. Spearhead transformative projects to achieve ambitious Membership Expansion goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years leading top-tier membership/loyalty expansion projects and operational support.
  • Expertise in developing service level and partnership agreements to strengthen membership offerings and drive business growth.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects for customer loyalty, experience, and offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, offering straightforward recommendations based on solid analysis.
