Membership Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Membership Growth Manager to join our team in a global role. This position involves leading membership expansion projects, forging strategic partnerships, and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in leading top-tier membership/loyalty expansion projects and operational support. They will possess expertise in developing service level and partnership agreements to strengthen membership offerings and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operational projects to support achieving membership targets, commercial results, and return on investment.
- Develop and lead the business requirements for membership expansion and partnership operations into the overall Membership & Personalisation capability framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data effectively and achieve membership and personalisation goals.
- Spearhead transformative projects to achieve ambitious Membership Expansion goals and objectives.
- 5+ years leading top-tier membership/loyalty expansion projects and operational support.
- Expertise in developing service level and partnership agreements to strengthen membership offerings and drive business growth.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects for customer loyalty, experience, and offerings.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, offering straightforward recommendations based on solid analysis.
