Tala is a leading digital-first women's activewear company that's making waves in the industry. We're looking for a highly skilled Retention Growth Specialist to join our team and help drive our growth.

Job Description

This is a 10-month fixed-term contract role that requires a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead and execute our retention strategy. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive retention plan that drives growth from our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social-first content campaigns across key channels to drive engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and implement a retention strategy that leverages CRM data and analytics.
  • Remain agile and be prepared to capture content at short notice using your creativity to find the most aesthetic locations to produce high-quality content.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3-4 years of professional social media experience across Instagram and TikTok, but other social channels are a plus.
  • You must be a creative thinker and communicator, proficient in idea generation and visualization, with high taste levels in line with the brand.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality static and video content for Instagram and TikTok self-sufficiently, including directing and shooting talent.
  • Highly skilled in editing software such as CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Our Benefits
