Retention and Engagement Specialist

Job Description:
Vodafone UK is a global technology communications company that empowers people and businesses to stay connected and thrive in a digital world. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Talkmobile team as a Retention and Engagement Specialist. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to drive commercial growth through effective retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce customer churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Analyse customer data to inform retention decisions and measure programme effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mobile telecoms or home broadband.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven customer retention programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
