Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Talkmobile team as a Retention and Engagement Specialist. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to drive commercial growth through effective retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce customer churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Analyse customer data to inform retention decisions and measure programme effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mobile telecoms or home broadband.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven customer retention programmes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
