Customer Success Leader

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Global Head of Customer Retention at BlueOptima Group. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer success strategy that drives revenue growth and customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to lead and grow our customer success team, work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The salary for this position is approximately £140,000 - £180,000 per annum, including benefits such as flexible work arrangements, work from home equipment allowance, and sponsored learning opportunities.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
